I’m excited to announce two new workshops I’ll be presenting this Spring:
I Got A Feeling…Now What? The Purpose & Value of Emotion
Saturday, March 28 – 9 am to 12 pm
In this workshop, we’ll talk about emotions, both the pleasant and the unpleasant, and how all of them serve the purpose of keeping us on the path of mental healthiness. This workshop is designed to be interactive and immediately practical, with a special focus on developing greater emotional mastery through our four big feelings: anxiety, anger, happiness and love.
Relationships: How-To – Empathy, Communication & Connection
Saturday, April 18 – 9 am to 12 pm
This workshop will focus on our relationships, which are the everyday means towards meaningfulness and life satisfaction. We’ll review the ways in which we all relate through our minds, our connection, and our goals. We’ll also practice ways to develop empathy, learn a framework to improve communication, and overcome barriers that hinder our connection. The strategies learned here apply to all of our relationships – friends, family, romantic, and with all of humankind.
Both of these workshops will come from the same truth-based principles that inform my overall Mental Healthiness philosophy. If you’ve already attended my seminar, these workshops will go deeper into some of the important topics we’ve already learned about. Even if you haven’t yet had the opportunity to learn all the principles of Mental Healthiness, either of these workshops will be a great way to introduce some of the core principles behind living an authentic and healthy life.
If you are in the Los Angeles area and would like to attend, you can register here. I hope to see many of you there this Spring!
With Gratitude,
Dr. Joseph Lee
