Mental Healthiness: the Principles & Practices
In this 5 week seminar series, we’ll be learning about the primary principles and practices that form the foundation of Mental Healthiness. Each 90 minute session will have a specific focus and teach relevant practical exercises to integrate into everyday life. Sessions can be attended individually, however the seminar is best experienced as an interrelated whole. This learning and growth opportunity is for anyone who is seeking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
session 1 (10/14): how the mind works / mindfulness meditation
session 2 (10/21): personal growth / motivation that works
session 3 (10/28): wellbeing – more than happiness / goal setting & gratitude
session 4 (11/4): relating to yourself & others / emotional & social competencies
session 5 (11/18): authenticity / living a meaningful life
time: Wednesday Evenings, 7 to 8:30 pm, starting October 14th (no meeting on November 11, Veterans’ Day)

registration fees: $200 for all 5 sessions or $45 per session
